Add Bulk Stack env variable addition.

Allow Spacelift Graphql endpoint to import bulk env variables rather than multiple requests of stackConfigAdd.

WorkaroundMultiple requests of stackConfig add or creating a list of query strings and joining them all together.
ProblemSpacelift is currently experimenting with max query lengths and is causing failures in bulk env variables due to the number of bytes.
