Add Github App authentication as a Cloud Integration

We would like to have a cloud integration that allows authentication against a github app for management of github resources

WorkaroundManually implementing github app authentication, or using manually generated/rotated tokens
ProblemWe want to use the github terraform provider to manage our github repos. Adding a cloud integration to manage the authentication would be convenient.
