Better support for adhoc ansible runs

As an infrastructure owner, I would like to be able to execute arbitrary ansible playbooks using an existing ansible stack.

Spacelift currently locks each stack to a single playbook, which makes it difficult to make use of ansible’s full capabilities for managing the operating systems and applications on our EC2 infrastructure.

Workaround
Some workarounds my organization are considering: - Using Spacelift's task feature for arbitrary ansible runs - Create a new stack every time we want to run a particular playbook
Problem
My organization requires ansible-based tasks to be run on EC2 instances managed by autoscaling groups (i.e. they are not in Terraform resource lists). The instances that are part of autoscaling groups are frequently stateful and not always very dynamic, so we want to be able to perform adhoc application deployments, agent upgrades outside of scaling events.
