Get Stack from Resource Value via API

With a resource value (like an AWS resource ARN), be able to query the Spacelift API and find the stack that created it.

ProblemWe have so many stacks that it can be difficult to trace which stack created a specific resource. Being able to take the resource ID, (like an AWS ARN) and easily find the stack that created it would be very beneficial.
