For some of our infrastructure assets, we do releases based on semver tags. So commits to main are not necessarily immediately deployed.
Currently the stack view shows you the latest commit applied by the stack. To help us track release progress, it would be helpful to show the git tag that triggered the stack to run/any tags associated with the last applied commit on the stack view.
