stack dependencies in blueprints

Can stack dependencies be attached in blueprints, the same way that contexts and policies can.

ProblemWe are using blueprints to facilitate self-service IaC, we're now also using ansible through spacelift for post deployment config, which is heavily dependant on the stack dependancies it would be great to set this in the blueprint so our users can do an end-to-end deployment & config from consuming a simple blueprint.
